The high grade of materials generally means that the higher the price is, the higher the development cost of molds and new cars is, and it is also related to how to reasonably determine the stamping production program. The requirement of service life directly affects the die structure design and material selection. Our company generally requires that the service life of the mold is 500000 punches. However, in the current market and sales situation of multiple varieties and small and medium-sized batch production, whether the service life of the mold continues to meet the requirements of 500000 punches is reasonable and worth reconsidering. Reducing the service life of the mold to 400000 punches or even 300000 punches is also under consideration.
